Six calves and two embryo lots sold in the 2007 Buckeye Classic Sale, held in Columbus, Ohio, on March 30. The top selling animal was Mar L Lesters Jasmine, a December 2006 calf. She sold for $3,500 to Ayars and Manion of Mechanicsburg, Ohio. She is sired by Land of Living Ace Lester-ET, and Ace son of the EX-94 Lavon Farms Turn Point Layla. She was consigned by Matthew Peck of New Paris, Ohio.

Omalley Hillpoint ST Dinah-ET was the second high seller, bringing a final bid of $2,950. She is a December 2006 calf sired by Four Winds Showtime-ET. The dam is Pecks Luxury Daisy, VG-88, an All-American nominee as a calf and a Jr. All-American nominee as a young cow. The next dam was VG-88 with over 18,000M. She was consigned by Mike Hellenbrand of Cross Plains, Wisconsin, and purchased by The O'Malley Family of Gilman, Wisconsin.

Andy White of Ohio served as the auctioneer while Blaine Crosser read pedigrees. Members of the Buckeye Dairy Club at The Ohio State University took bids, prepared the cattle for sale and coordinated the entire sale. Michele Lahmers, Annie Specht and Jason Nuhfer served as the sale chairs.
