The convention headquarters, the Renaissance Hotel, is located in Richardson, Texas, just north of Dallas. The hotel is served by an adjacent light rail line that will take you into downtown Dallas. Although the hotel is located about the same distance from both Dallas/Fort Worth Int'l Airport and Dallas-Love Field, we strongly reccomend that you fly Southwest Airlines into Love Field if possible from your location. It is usually cheaper and will provide you with a much more enjoyable arrival in Texas.
